Ensenada Beach Rental Casa Whitaker

This upscale house is a great get away for couples and small families. This house can handle four adults and
four kids.

The Beach House has many features:
1) High Speed Wireless Internet available.
2) This house is extremely well furnished.
3) Floor to ceiling windows facing the beach in the living room.
4) The side entrance to the house gives quick access to the beach beyond.
5) There are 2 propane heaters and a fireplace to keep warm during the Winter Months.
6) There are 2 TV's. One up stairs is a 13" in the bedroom. There is another TV in the Living Room and it is 32".
7) There is Direct TV on both TV's with movie channel--STARS and Encore.
8) There is a DVD, VCR player. The Stereo system extends upstairs fromthe living room and to back patio. It is
tied to the music programs( Sirius Satellite radio) on the Direct TV programming.
9) There is a DVD and VCR library for your use.
10) The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives, silverware, a coffee maker, juicer, blender, Microwave, plenty
of good pans, glasses, plates, and other utensils.
11) This house is one of the few in the Baja that has fresh water at each sink. The Ice Maker too has fresh
water. This is unique in the Baja.
12) There is an outdoor Courtyard in the back of the house where you have a Gas BBQ, an umbrella covered
table, music, privacy while being outdoors, and a small fireplace as well.
13) There is a 220 volt Beach light. Great for nights on the Beach.
14 ) The Patio out front has a Fountain, a Fire Pit and benches!
15) There are Boogie Boards, Skim Boards, a Boochie Ball set and some Sand Toys.
16) Surfboards are available upon request.
17) Weekly rentals are free to use the Laundry room where there is a Washer and Dryer as well as a couple of
Roll Away Beds.
18) This house is not for very small children, but most definitely great for 6 and above, small parties, and
couples.
