Ensenada Beach Rental Casa Vazques

This house is a great family house on the beach. There are at least six separate beds for Kids or Teenagers
including bunk beds. At the same time this house gives two couples there privacy as well. There are two wings of

This Beach House has many features:

1) This house also has off street parking. It is very private since there is no house behind it.
2) This house is quite large with three bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas.
3) The kitchen and the living room face the Ocean. In addition, at least one bedroom does as well.
4) This house has recently added Cable TV, it also has a DVD Player so bring your favorite movies or use the
rental store in Punta Banda.
5) The house is laid out in a horseshoe shape. Kitchen and the Living Room is in the center and the bedrooms
and sleeping areas are on the left and right of the house.
6) The main bedroom has a Double Bed and it's own access to the courtyard.
7) The second bedroom on the left side of the house faces the beach and there are two beds in there a Full and a
single.
8) The third bedroom has bunk beds and a single and there are two other single beds in a sitting room in front of
the bedroom.
9) There is a bathtub in the bathroom off of this bedroom.
10) There are additional sleep/couch arrangements in the living room so this house can accommodate between
8-10 adults/kids.
11) The House is right on the beach with easy step access to the sand.
12) The Patio/Courtyard out back is a great place to have family dinners or games and is great for the Winter
months to stay warm and out of the Wind.
13) They have a built in BBQ out back in the courtyard.
14) This house has a washer and dryer for your use.
15) They have a separate room behind the house with a washer and dryer so you will be able to bring less down.
16) In this same room they have a couple of Surfboards and boogie boards as well as chase lounges and chairs
for the courtyard and beach.
