your time in Punta Banda. In addition, we send a kit with a twenty plus page Area Guide, numerous flyers on
opportunities to play, places to eat, and places to shop to help you plan your stay. We offer numerous
Ensenada Beach Houses with different price ranges, sleeping configurations, bedrooms, outdoor features,
beach toys, and even High Speed Wireless Internet. In addition, if the house you want lacks certain beach toys
you need only tell us and we will make every effort to accommodate your stay. Even Kayaks are available with
enough notice.

not go to our personal paradise without prior recommendations and suggestions to maximize your vacation.

The Baja Experience is a comprehensive vacation rental company. We are a legal Mexican Corporation with a
full staff to manage your Rental. We work closely with Homeowners in Baja Norte to rent their homes. We
manage their utilities where necessary, cleaning and preparing the house for rental, and a personal touch to
teaching the renter about the home before they use it. We are Internet savvy and collect the rental money and
deposits via the Internet prior to the stay and provide monthly statements and annual tax reporting. Contact us

Tired of rentals with too many people in your house? In tough times, some rental agencies lower their standards
while renting your home.We rent our Beach Houses like they were our own, since one of them is. We do not
rent party houses and have no interest in that type of rental. It is our sole purpose, as a business, to rent to
families who want to enjoy a Beach Vacation in the area.

We are constantly trying to enhance the stay of our Guests and Homeowners. Go to the contacts page if you
have a business in the Ensenada, Maneadero, Punta Banda, La Jolla, or the La Bufadora area if you have a
business you would like to inform our guests or homeowners about. We will investigate your business and
determine if we should list it. We will list it as fast as we can if we think it meets the above standards.

Restaurants Requesting Reviews:
We are constantly trying to enhance the stay of our Guests and Homeowners. Go to the contacts page if you
have a Restaurant in the Ensenada, Maneadero, Punta Banda, La Jolla, or the La Bufadora area if you would
like us to do a review. You will be happy to know that we have a company policy that we can not receive
anything free from you. Unlike so many others, we actually have to believe in the product and service before we
will publish a review. We must come to your restuarant just like any of our guests or homeowners would and
enjoy a meal and pay for it like any of them would. Most of the restaurants that we review each month are
reccommended by trusted friends or business partners so they have been previously vetted. So we would not be
the only one visiting you if we make contact via your request.
